Activity Checklist – D365 Customer Insights

Customer insights ( ) is a powerful tool that helps us collate customer data from various data sources within the client’s environment or even outside and create a unified customer profile , which can then be viewed by all the internal users of CRM. Having information displayed beyond the boundaries of what is held in the CRM system makes it a really powerful tool that can substantially increase the ROI from the chosen CRM platform.

The objective of this blog is to list out the set of activities that will need inputs from the business which in turn will enable a successful implementation / configuration of the tool and help reap the benefits from the platform to the maximum. Below is the table listing out the activities ( which can be used like a checklist) and the inputs required. Hopefully this will help identify the inputs required right at the beginning thus helping the implementation team to plan the project in a much more efficient way.
